These Terms and Conditions outline how Gellie’s Music provides its services, how bookings work, and what parents can expect when enrolling their child.
1. About our services
Gellie’s Music provides early childhood music classes, toddler music sessions, preschool music programs, and beginner piano lessons for children as well as advanced level piano classes.
Classes are held in Narre Warren, Victoria.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Parents can enquire or book through:

A booking is confirmed only when we respond and provide class details, availability, and instructions.
3. Trial classes
We offer free or discounted trial classes so parents can see if the program suits their child.
Trials are subject to availability.
4. Payments
Payment details will be provided once you enrol.
Parents must ensure fees are paid on time to keep their child’s spot in the class.
5. Cancellations and missed classes
If your child cannot attend a class:
• Please notify us as soon as possible
• Missed classes are not refundable
• Make up classes may be offered when available
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if needed.
If we cancel, we will offer a refund or make up class.
6. Safety and supervision
Parents or guardians must supervise their child during all classes, unless the class is specifically designed for independent attendance.
Children must follow safety instructions and treat instruments respectfully.
7. Behaviour
We aim to create a positive and safe learning environment.
We may ask a parent to step out or reschedule if a child becomes distressed for an extended time.
8. Photography and video
We may occasionally take photos of classes for internal use or promotional materials.
Parents will be notified or asked for consent when required.
You may request no photos of your child at any time.
9. Refunds
Refunds are only provided:
• If we cancel a class or term
• If a program cannot be delivered as promised
We do not issue refunds for change of mind or sporadic absences.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.
11. Changes to services
We may update class schedules, locations, or policies when needed.
Any major changes will be communicated to parents.
